Born in the city of Puebla, Mexico, Geovanni is an established artist and jeweller, having studied at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) "El Chorrillo" School of Art in Taxco Guerrero, Mexico and the Silversmith School of Tzajal-ha in Chiapas, Mexico.
Geovanni's work, which is all entirely hand-crafted, stands out by his unique use and combination of ethnic influences, with magnificent collections such as; prehispanic silver jewellery (Mexican and Mapuche cultures), celtic and arabic style silver jewellery, baroque jewellery design influenced by the Mexican colonial period, and more minimalist pieces.

• Talavera pottery
Manos de la tierra transform the famous talavera pottery of Puebla, from prestigious workshops such as 'Uriarte', into original and quirky silver jewellery pieces, making each individual piece special and unique.
The silver that we use is of a very high sterling standard; all the jewellery pieces are made with 9.5 pure silver, of significantly higher quality than the usual 9.25 standard.
